RE/MAX Avenues opened its doors for business in November 2003 and is the first new RE/MAX franchise in the Denver Metro area in the past 10 years.  Located in the Lowry Town Center at 2nd Avenue and Quebec, RE/MAX Avenues is owned and operated by Gloria Lara and Derek Camunez.  Prior to purchasing a RE/MAX franchise, both Lara and Camunez previously owned and operated Mazatlan International Properties successfully for well over 10 years.
