Whether you are newly licensed or a

by taking advantage of the training and mentoring programs offered by

Training New Agent classes along with RE/MAX Satellite Network continuing education classes are held regularly in our on-site, professional training classroom. Class size is kept to a minimum to allow for individualized instruction and mentoring. New agents will be given thorough instruction on succeeding in real estate. Some of the topics covered for new agents include: time management, self-marketing, effective listing presentations, new contract requirements, ethics, role playing, holding open houses, stress reduction and the latest real estate technology. Experienced agents can pursue their CRS, SRES, and ABR designations via the RSN Satellite Network in office. Support At RE/MAX Avenues, you will be surrounded by competent and successful professionals who will support and mentor you. The Broker/Owners, who have well over 45 years of combined real estate experience, have an “open door” policy for individual consultation and regular follow-up. In addition, RE/MAX Avenues holds monthly networking and social functions to promote a “team” environment and encourage an exchange of knowledge among Broker Associates.
Broker Associates will be trained and held accountable for their business and transactions. RE/MAX Avenues expects each Broker Associate to operate with the utmost highest integrity and professionalism. Broker Associates, with the assistance of an onsite Transaction Coordinator, will be trained to ensure all transactions are properly documented and all deadlines are met. Technology The RE/MAX Avenues office is fully networked with wireless technology, and equipped with a voice over internet telephony that keeps Broker Associates in immediate contact with their clients and customers. All contract forms are kept online and closed transactions can be digitally burned onto a CD for easy compact storage. Broker Associates also have the flexibility and ability to work in the office or dial in to the network from home. Marketing and Promotion RE/MAX Avenues Broker
Associates are provided with numerous marketing opportunities for their
listings as well as exposure for themselves through such high profile
publications as; 5280 Magazine, Inside Cherry Creek and Greenwood,
Westword and Denver Daily News. RE/MAX Avenues also participates each
September in Lowry Glory Days, a community-wide celebration held in the
Town Center that draws a huge crowd of people. Floor Duty is also
available to all agents on a first come, first serve basis to take
advantage of our prime location in The Lowry Town Center for walk-in
customers. Broker Associates will also enjoy the advantage of the
extensive RE/MAX International general advertising campaigns.
